Pimalai Resort & Spa is a luxury beach resort occupies 100 acres of tropical vegetation with direct access to a 900 meters stretch of pristine sandy beach.
Peace, Serenity, Solitude. These are the words that come to mind for Pimalai. Add to that luxury, elegance, natural surroundings and genuine friendly service. Be it for a honeymoon, a diving experience, a break from it all or even for a business meeting in Krabi then Pimalai, nestled in a lush tropical forest, is the Andaman destination to set your sights on. This exclusive beach resort combines all the right ingredients – subtle five star comforts, natural beauty and lots of space. Located well distant from crowded beaches and resorts, the only sound is that of the waves sliding in and out and slowly breaking onto the sandy shore.

    Accommodation and facilities:
Fantastic. everything was perfect. Food at the hotel is very good and not so expensive compare to what other were saying on the different forum. Of course if you want to pay 3 USD for your meal do not go there but otherwise very reasonable.

    Reservation service:
Everything went well we just give the voucher and that was done! I will book again through this site as it is one of the cheapest one… I was scare to get the less good room but it was not the case we had what we requested ie upper room non smoking not to far from reception.

    Accommodation and facilities:
We stayed 5 nights at Pimalai in deluxe room which was comfortable but furniture was somewhat outdated. Not much of a cosiness factor around the hotel – this is a big complex and you are transported from one end to the other by a golf car (if you are too lazy to walk uphill). Breakfast is really good, service as well (professional but not very personal). There are a few restaurants in the complex with different food concepts – great if you want to vary thai food with fries or pasta. Also at European prices. We ate mostly at the local places around the hotel, offering 5 times cheaper good thai food. A restaurant called Same same but different at the local beach offers the best food on Kantiang Beach. The hotel pool situated high up on the hill is very nice and offers a splendind view. Overall, a nice hotel, but a bit overpriced in terms of room design -I´ve been to better 4 star hotels. This is however compensated by professional service and good range of hotel amenities.

    Reservation service:
    efficient as usual
