Accommodation and facilities:
Hotel quality as expected… with some good surprises. The team makes this place really good. The AC was quite noisy to mention a negative point. As we arrived late during the night, we did not really get a full tour of our room and utilities around. The location is a bit far away but having a taxi outside is quite easy and you received help from hotel team. The room was really cleaned. The last day of our stay, the chef created a menu really good. I think this was missing before.. My kids were like Queen and King there… I would like to thank Aleenta team for their warm welcome…..

Beautiful hotel, great service and location. Had our wedding organized by them on the beach, perfect! The only downside is the loud AC in Lofts and all the other electronic below the lofts that makes you feel like living on a power plant. Would love to come back but not lofts (although the lofts itself are great, speciuos, nice pool and perfect view).

We stayed at the chedi for a week in September. The room was romantic, the beach quiet, and our stay was wonderful. The food was the best I have ever encountered traveling and being an executive chef I looked for flaws and found none. VERY VERY good food and service. Well done. The staff just could not be more frindly, helpful and understanding. The night supervisor Tuen, was an example of professionalism and patience. She was very helpful and had very much helpful patience for us new travelers to Thailand. The view is stupendous and would recomend this hotel to any one. I will certainly be coming back. I had a wonderful trip.

Just returned from our 4th stay at the Chedi in 5 years – we stay here because the beach and location can t be beaten, the staff always friendly and helpful. The hotel does not seem to have had any money spent on it over the past 5 years and I think that the owners may feel that they can get away with this because of its ideal location. Please note there are very many steep steps and is therefore totally unsuitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

Stayed for the first five days of our honeymoon. Couldn t have been better. The resort and staff are top notch. Breakfast was great, swim-up bar drinks excellent, beach chairs and umbrellas nice, great location, and on and on. The sand is not as nice as at Chaweng, but it s such a nicer, more relaxed scene at Bophut and who cares about sand when you re sitting in a lounge chair most of the day. Fantastic job Anantara!

The Anantara Bophut Resort was a very pleasant surprise. Gorgeous Resort and impeccable service. Staff were exceptionally friendly and couldn t be more helpful. While the clientele may be a little stodgy preferring to sun by the pool and sea rather than swim in it, we enjoyed the water vey much. Bhoput is still a relaxed part of Ko Samui and has the Fisherman s Village and many restaurants nearby. Highly Recommended !

Very nice hotel, an interesting European feeling. Very clean and everything brand new. Very kind and friendly staff. On the negative side, the breakfast is kind of lacking during the week. At the lakefront building the water pressure is poor and the TV system is terrible, cant understand why they dont have UBC or True satelite.
